By accessing or using Capaciti ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Capaciti is a booking and scheduling platform that enables service businesses to accept bookings, manage schedules, and process payments. We provide tools for appointment booking, class scheduling, resource management, and payment processing.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate, complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Not share your account with others

4. Service Provider Responsibilities

If you use Capaciti as a service provider, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business and service information
  • Honor bookings made through the platform
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Handle customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Maintain appropriate business licenses and insurance

5. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using our payment features:

  • You agree to Stripe's Terms of Service
  • Service providers are responsible for refund policies
  • We may charge platform fees as disclosed in your account
  • Payouts are subject to Stripe's processing times

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual service providers. Customers should review the provider's policies before booking. Disputes should be resolved directly between the customer and service provider.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Engage in fraudulent activities

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capaciti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
